Return Policy:  

By accepting this invoice you agree to our no refund policy. All Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the date shipped. If items are damaged or worn; due to sanitation reasons exchanges will not be accepted. Items must be in their original form. If your item is currently not available you have the option to receive a full refund or choose another item of the same value. Please Note: If the item(s) you've requested are currently unavailable or currently on back order with our distributor, we will contact you via email to make another selection or receive a full refund for the selected item. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours your refund will be null and void and you will only be able to make an exchange due to our order processing. Only one exchange will be accepted on purchased items per invoice, please make sure you select the accurate items you wish to purchase. 

Our Shipping Policy:

Please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days to receive your items within the US. Some exclusive items maybe on back order and the shipping time may take to 2-3 weeks. If items are on back order you will be notified via email or via text message. You will receive an email advising you when your items have been shipped along with your tracking information. Please make sure to include your shipping address and contact telephone when checking out. International Shipping Policy:

When purchasing outside of the US please allow a minimum of 7-15 business days to receive your items; as some exclusive items maybe on back order. You will receive an email advising you when your items have been shipped along with your tracking information.
